How long will it take to receive my order? |
|
All turnaround times are from the date payment is received and do not include shipping times. Rush orders may be possible depending on our availability for your date- contact us for info. Please note all turnaround times are approximated and may vary slightly.
Embroidered items– 3 weeks

How much is shipping? |
|
Shipping is a flat fee of $10 for your first item , and just $3 for each additional item. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Unfortunately we are no longer accepting international orders. Embroidered items are shipped separately and therefore have different shipping rates. Shipping for embroidered items is a flat fee of $5 for the first 3 items and just $1 for each additional item. |

Can I supply my own aisle runner/table runner/parasol and have you paint it? |
|
Unfortunately, no. We work best with our own materials and require that you purchase the materials from our site as we can attest to their high quality. |

How can I ensure that the colors will be exactly what I’m after? |
|
Remember, computers may show colors slightly differently, so while selecting your colors from the color chart is usually quite accurate, it is no guarantee. In order to guarantee an exact match, it is best to send a sample fabric swatch or other type of color sample to us through postal mail so that we can select a paint color to match your colors as closely as possible. Please e-mail us if you’d like to do this. |

Can I iron my aisle/table runner? |
|
Aisle runners are puncture resistant, tear resistant, and best of all– wrinkle resistant! As for table runners and banners, they are steam ironed before they are packaged for shipping, however wrinkling may occur during the shipping process. The wrinkles should settle out of the fabric, but if you’d like to iron it, it’s okay to do so at the normal “cotton” setting on your iron. To iron over the paint, it is recommended to turn the runner/banner over and iron on the back using low heat. |

What is the best way to secure my aisle runner to the floor? |
|
It is highly recommended to have your runner laid out before your guests arrive to allow time to secure your runner. In order to prevent guests from walking on the runner, you might want to rope off the aisle with a pretty ribbon or a garland of flowers, and have them seated from the outside of the rows. The best way to prevent the runner from slipping on hard floor surfaces- is to roll it out and secure it to the floor with double sided tape or duct tape. on carpet- we suggest pinning the four corners with corsage pins to ensure that it stays in place when it is rolled out during the ceremony. on grass- please make sure that the grass has been recently cut. Also be sure to secure the 4 corners and sides in case of wind- you can use garden stakes or potted pants, etc. 0n concrete– using weighted objects or double sided tape work best in case of wind on wood decking– if your venue allows, you may want to consider stapling the four corners directly to the decking. If stapling is prohibited double sided tape or weighted objects are other great options on sand– weighted objects work best due to the windy conditions of beach settings. Consider burying the sides of the runner with sand and then adding pretty sea glass or other weighty objects along the sides of the runner |

What type of payment do you accept? |
|
We only accept payments through PayPal. PayPal allows us to offer our clients quick, easy, and secure payment options including all major credit cards and bank account transfers. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card through Paypal. Once you place your order you will receive an invoice through PayPal with fast, easy, and secure payment options. Immediate payments are appreciated. As each item is personalized, we cannot offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges once an item has been purchased. By submitting payment, you are agreeing to our no refund, no return, no exchange policy.

How do I check on the status of my order? |
|
Please first refer to your original Paypal invoice for the projected time frame that your order will be completed and make sure you have allowed the full turnaround time indicated before checking with us. Turnaround times are clearly stated on our website as well as on all invoices. If after referring to your invoice you still need to check the status of an order, contact us at iDoOriginals@live.com with the name your order is under, the date your payment was submitted, and please note the item(s) that you ordered. |

Can I see a sample monogram with my information before I pay for my order? |
|
We only create monograms and monogram proofs once we receive payment in full. If ordering a set of monograms they are created within 15-20 business day (M-F). If ordering a personalized item, monogram proofs are provided aprx. 1 week before completion of your order. Monogram proofs are provided to ensure spelling, color, and layout is correct before the order is finalized. Once approved no additional changes can be made. |

Can I get my monograms as pdf files? |
|
Our monograms are only available in jpeg, gif, tiff or png formats. Unfortunately we cannot provide pdf, eps, or vector files and the highest resolution we have available is 300dpi. All monograms are provided as high resolution jpeg images (3x3 at 300dpi) so that they can be used similarly to clipart. If you plan on working with specific printing vendors, we recommend checking with them first to ensure they accept jpeg files at 300dpi (most all do, but it’s best to check in advance.) If you need additional formats (gif, tiff, or png) please be sure to note this on your order form as they can be provided in addition to jpeg files at an additional cost of $3 per file. |

What’s the difference between Primary & Secondary Colors? |
|
The primary color is typically the largest element in the monogram, while the secondary color is the accent color. Monograms usually look best when the lighter color is used as the primary and the darker color for the secondary. |

What’s the best placement for my monogram on an aisle runner? |
|
We offer three standard options -end/closest to officiant -middle -beginning/entrance but if you have a specific spot you’d like your monogram placed we’re happy to accommodate. Our most popular option is the beginning/entrance of the runner as this is typically the most visible location (particularly when the runner is laid out ahead of time) and a great spot for photo ops. |

What are the different upgrades available? |
|
Glitter Upgrade (available on aisle runners, table runners or banners)- The glitter upgrade is a topcoat of iridescent glitter that usually just goes on the last initial (or last name) of the monogram as a way to add a little sparkle and shine to highlight the most important element of the monogram. If you’d like the glitter on all elements of the monogram we can do that as well for an additional fee. The glitter is at it’s most brilliance when in direct light (particularly direct sunlight) and picks up different color prisms (like a when diamond or crystal sparkles) depending on the paint color it’s overlayed on, the lighting source, and the objects around it. Ribbon Edging Upgrade (available on table runners and banners)- This is a 5/8” satin ribbon edging that goes around the bottom and sides of the table runner or banner. It’s a great way to finish off these items. Double Ribbon Upgrade (available on candles) Our candles come standard with a satin ribbon on top and bottom of the candle. The double ribbon upgrade allows you to add a second ribbon on top and bottom for that little something extra. |

Will I get a proof for my order? |
|
Monogram proofs are provided for aisle runner, table runner, banner, and unity candle orders and are sent after payment is received and aprx. one week prior to finalizing your order. Proofs are provided to ensure that everything is formatted correctly (this includes spelling, colors, layout etc.) prior to completing your order. Once the proof is approved no additional changes can be made so please look over your proof carefully! |
